Accommodation
- A choice of accommodation suitable for agreed overnight stop is shared with the visitor.
- The visitor makes his/her choice and books same directly.
- All payments for accommodation must be made directly by the visitor to accommodation of choice.
- Additional costs incurred at accommodation should be cleared before departure.
